The first link to pyupgrade on <https://www.pantsbuild.org/docs/python> is broken. There does not appear to exist a page in Pants docs for it. Should it link to the author's site, or do we need to create a resource for this?

Yeah we can definitely pay for a service to do this

as long as there aren't too many false positives, since that would render the exercise more frustrating than useful

Ideally the service can let us permanently ignore certain false positives
