It's in the ./pants script so scie-pants sortof need to support it but I'm wondering if it should long term or not.

12/16/2022, 2:36 AMAh sorry, yep, I confused myself. I'm not aware of anyone using a value other than pants.toml, whereas I do know of people setting PANTS_BIN_NAME
