Hey, I'm Huon, and my team adopted pants in our monorepo, replacing a bunch of Poetry projects + shell scripts for our Python code, and hoping to have it integrate with our TypeScript frontend and infrastructure (AWS CDK). We evaluated pants against similar tools like bazel and nx and so on, and felt it had the best affordances for our build problems (mostly in the Python code). We're keen to be living in the future of fancy build systems (or maybe I'm showing my devtools background and it's just me who's excited, and the others are just happy to go with whatever 😅 ).

I like to think Pants 2 is indeed a fancy new future of build systems, so not gonna argue with ya. 😉 Welcome! I hope you'll add Exoflare.io to the Who Builds Pants page. It takes less than a minute, and the form (linked from bottom of page) requests just company name, logo, and url. https://www.pantsbuild.org/page/who-uses-pants
