There's a fairly hard problem - for me at least - described in https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/issues/13424. For anyone who understands the issue of ETXTBSY errors when trying to launch programs you just wrote to disk in a multithreaded program - I'd appreciate your ideas. Mine is recorded there and its ugly.
