Hello :wave:  I am on release rotation tomorrow. I won’t be back in town till late Friday evening, so would start the process Saturday. Are we looking at 2.14.0.dev0 or 2.12.0rc4?

I'd like to see <https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/15829> get merged if possible.
If not, we'll want to merge the subset of that PR that adds `debugpy.main_spec_args`.

yea, `2.13.x` was branched at `a0`, so it’s all picks from here out. next will be an `rc`

Yi, you can bump any deprecations that have not been removed already to be `.dev1`. They are all non-trivial to change, e.g. requiring that we update docs

I thought because `main` has VERSION 2.13.0a0 it was still 2.13

Thanks, folks. would be going for `2.14.0.dev0` and bump deprecations to dev1. Please let me know if my understanding is incorrect.
