In 2.16, will the new `adhoc` stuff be on by default? I want to expose a runnable target if my plugin is registered and that seems like the lowest common denominator runnable target
EDIT: Nevermind I don't think what I want is possible.

Otherwise I can define a runnable target just for this case, but that seems like overkill

It's a plugin, you'd have to register it, it won't be registered by default I assume
