Is there any timing planned for upgrading Pants to use 3.12 or 3.13? I believe we're capable of it, but haven't gone through the checks and balances?
This was related to last meeting where we talked about a Python upgrade cadence, but looking at the notes, I'm not sure if we landed on when we would apply the next major Python upgrade
The only reason I ask is because I'm tweaking the call-by-name AST stuff, and that requires being aligned on Python versions

My recollection from the last meeting was something like: • fuzzy: At least yearly but not more than every 6 months. • But if we did the decoupling from scie-pants so Pants was publishing scies we could do it more or less whenever we wanted.

Yeah, that's the dream in my mind - scie-pants not existing (or at least, being a 1 file shim) would be even better
