I checked, and we don’t use artifacts v3 in pantsbuild/pants, or pantsbuild/scie-pants, but we do in a bunch of example-* repos

We don’t appear to use ubuntu-latest anywhere, except a few generic jobs that don’t rely on anything specific

We may run tests on it… that may be fine though, we expect Pants to work on it
