Deleting the corresponding cache seems to have fixed it. Assuming corrupted for now, key was

. Four days old, from main. I noticed that the engine cache uses a fork of rust-cache that's two years out of date with upstream. I had a quick look at upstream but didn't see any relevant fixes, though the changelog wasn't too detailed.
