Is there anything stopping us from using the new call-by-name syntax in current/new PRs? I have a couple things I wanted to work on, but didn't want a lot of churn in the code, so I was waiting until we land some of the migration stuff.... Buuuuut, then realized that it might not even matter because it should "just work:tm:"  today, right?

And if you find any, then we should probably fix them.

Nothing is stopping us. In fact we should socialize this more widely and expect people to use it from now on.

Awesome, that's what I was hoping. We have a bunch of docs to write, and I was going to (after the PR is merged) maybe add something to the pre-commit to ping the user that their new code could be migrated.
