2.15.x

milestone on GH as we don’t plan to make more releases for that branch (https://chat.pantsbuild.org/t/12928561/i-m-release-manager-this-week-i-m-prepping-2-18-0-dev3-curre#31c4b71a-27a0-41d4-ab65-3d2cd746a95c) so it doesn’t show up as a milestone option for the cherry picker.. Feel free to re-open if needed.
