currently https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/issues/12314 is waiting for PEX’s lockfile support, because we don’t think that we can ship poetry as the backend for user lockfiles (since it uses a different resolver than we use elsewhere, doesn’t support find-links, breaks in a few cases, etc)
