There's tradeoffs to this, but you could disable `[python.resolve_all_constraints`: https://www.pantsbuild.org/v2.11/docs/reference-python#section-resolve-all-constraints Or if you're on Pants 2.11.x, using a PEX lockfile would be extremely performant
