Hi! I’m Albert, working at a Data team in a Swiss startup 👋 Our team has a Python monorepo where we handle all the data science applications and libraries. We’ve had the monorepo with custom tools (poetry, nox + custom scripts) for a couple of years now, but these were very fragile and we wanted to move something more solid tooling, so here we are 🙂 I’ve started migrating our repo already and it’s been quite good so far. A couple of bumps in the road I still don’t know how to solve, but getting there.
