I'm working at QuTech on a monorepo with several independent subprojects. As I (and the rest of the team) are new to pants, but like what we have seen so far, I will be asking some questions about how to get things done.

Terrific! We're always happy to hear questions, feedback, ideas, etc. We aim to make Pants the best modern build system that serves a wide-range of use cases, instead of just one big company's unique use case. So getting to help you is also our opportunity to learn how to make Pants better and better. Feel free also to contribute PRs if you like (no pressure). We welcome those too. Cheers!
