Hi all 👋, I've been in the data space for about 15 years now, mainly focused on data engineering, architecture, and more recently, data science. I've been doing Python and SQL for most of those years. More recently, I've been working on developer productivity for data engineers and data scientists at my current employer who uses Pants. I think that Pants has tremendous potential for our monorepo and am interested expanding our Pants usage. I'm also an avid Rust enthusiast and am particularly interested in understanding how the Pants engine works, and would love to contribute to Pants in some way.

That’s awesome, you have just the perspective we want, especially since we hope to provide even more useful features for data engineers/data scientists, but we don’t know that world as well from our own experiences
