Hello! Im working with a brilliant team of neuroscientists, machine learning experts and engineers to decode optimal brain states in a company called Optios. I’m tasked with improving and simplifying our CI/CD build automation so that we can easily snapshot our entire code base, release effortlessly and connect numerous ML experiments back to their versioned source code for analysis and tuning. I had made measurable progress coupling together custom scripts with GitHub actions when I stumbled upon Pants. We’re clearly not the first org to approach a monorepo this way! Nice to meet y’all. One of our design aims is for Pants to be a fast, reliable, extensible replacement for a collection of shell scripts. Your path to Pants is definitely a common one. Glad we can help!
