Hi, I am a software engineer leading a team at the University of Washington housed in the Research IT subgroup of the IT Services of UW Medicine. We provide technical support the NIH funded National Alzheimer’s Coordinating Center at UW. NACC is moving from a legacy system to one based on Flywheel.io, which allows UI and compute extensions. We are starting to build extensions in python in a monorepo, and I’m hoping to use pants for this.
