Its still up - but I think there are a lot of improvements in pants that would greatly simplify what i did so I would go with the latest resource you can find https://g-cassie.github.io/2021/10/30/django-pants-tutorial-pt1.html

I don't think there's a more recent Django-Pants tutorial than yours, so I'm delighted it's still around even if slightly out of date. @icy-afternoon-58794 I hope these two prove useful to you, and please let us know if you get stuck. We're always happy to help.
