macro doesn’t seem to be injecting dependencies that the v1 changed task can see. maybe I’m misunderstanding how macros work, but I assumed adding specs of

parse_context.create_object

-created targets to

kwargs['dependencies']

would ‘just work’. lmk if anyone has any ideas - will revisit in the morning.
