could punt on absolute file loading via an error or something for now, then circle back to adding absolute file support to make that work end to end - or regroup to fetch those file contents outside of the engine, but it’s a little tricky since config loading is a two stage process: load initial known configs, parse options w/ those, which reveal other configs to load, reparse with those etc.
