dunno, I’m sort of the mind that we can reasonably infer a natural threshhold based on execution time vs having to annotate those - and if something is actually taking a while, we’d def want to display that vs masking it via some rule config.

this is a really valid point i think, but i also think "natural" is a slippery word. i think i'm also still not thinking in the context of hackweek
