also, i found a context-aware object factory that accepts a scala version (including the third segment) and spits out all the scala platform targets to be extremely concise to read and write, although i was having major issues with locating the repl package for literally whatever reason, but then in a stroke of inspiration i just replaced

//:scala-repl

with an ammonite repl dep which worked immediately and gives me ammonite
