Yeah, I don't doubt HEAD releases are valuable, it just seems to me - perhaps naively - that anyone wanting this could do it on their own; ie script support for this in pantsbuild/pants is fine, but infra support is teetery. If lots of people did this though, I'd definitely be wrong.
