i really wanna rewrite the native compile and link tasks to use the v2 process execution interface but is it possible to stream output from a process yet? / if that's not possible yet but not too absurd to implement i can take that because that's the only non v2 part of the native backend rn and it gives us more real use cases of v2 rules
