i've seen this travis timeout while resolving node packages (i believe resolving with yarn?) twice in the other PR that does the nailgun stuff: https://travis-ci.org/pantsbuild/pants/jobs/429122186 -- i'm gonna fix up the PR that tries to fix go contrib flakiness and then maybe try to look into this one later
