so, i decided to lean in on fully replacing the algorithm that we use to construct the rule graph, and have made good progress. hoping to have something i can post today, fingers crossed.

i did not have something yesterday, and i don’t quite have something today. but i think that the largest blocker is now removed. hoping that there is only a few more hours of work on it after a night’s sleep.
