Does anyone disagree with this change, to make `--no-process-cleanup` also preserve the tmpdir that the `run` goal runs your process in?

There is already a `--no-cleanup` option for the run goal that just preserves that tmpdir, but I think it's expected that the global one (which preserves every intermediate process's sandbox, not just the one the user asked to run) would also preserve that one?
