Proposal to upgrade from Readme.com to Sphinx-generated in-repo docs. Benefits include night theme apparently hehe 🌑 https://docs.google.com/document/d/1bZE8PlF9oRzcPQz4-JUFr5vfD0LFHH4V3Nj2k221CFM/edit?usp=sharing

This is good. Thank you. There are several other ReadMe limitations that have turned out to be impactful. e.g. lack of support for HTTP redirects, problems dealing with pages that shouldn't be versioned (e.g. Resources, Jobs, Testimonials, Media, etc.), prohibitively expensive to get access to site footer, limited ability to include custom CSS or custom JS (for instance, adding the GH widget is not viable), top nav can only use plaintext (for instance, can't substitute logos for "Twitter", "Github", etc. to save space), silly premium for going beyond 10 admin users, etc.
