I noticed the thrift scrooge java dependency injection plugin matches all thrift dependencies and doesn't have any java-specific escape hatches, is that normal? The others usually bail if theres no JvmResolve.

I wrote those codeen impls about the same time the resolve changes were going on, and lots of codegen impls and lots of copy pasting
