Spent several days switching backdoor scripts to
experimental_shell_command
only to be reminded when building a docker image that it doesn't generate resources, it generates files 😭

That's what started my proposal, it's just been so long since I had to remember this fact
h
not at all satisfying, but you could I suppose add your own
shell_command
plugin that generates resources
or upstream a PR that lets users choose, as a short term gross workaround
b
I've been meaning to propose a rename anyways
w
intermediate target types to convert
files
to
resources
and vice versa would be a useful stopgap.
