I'm on release duty today. It looks like 2.13.1rc1 and 2.14.0rc3 need to go out (both have picks) as well as transitioning mainline to 2.15.0a0. I won't get started on any of these until ~3pm Pacific, but speak up if there are different things I should be doing or waiting for.

Sounds good. Is it considered kosher to mark something cp and not actually do it? That does not seem ideal.

keep in mind that of 2.15 dev3 is currently broken (see https://pantsbuild.slack.com/archives/C0D7TNJHL/p1664994415243449) So I think getting a 2.15 dev release should be done assuming of course that the relevant fix landed.
