There's a POC ready to try the JSON schema files so that you can enable that in your IDEs (tested with PyCharm and VSCode). https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/17915 Feel free to grab a file and start using it yourself and please share any issues you discover along the way. Once we are happy with the schema, I'll push it to the public JSON schema store so that it's available to all Pants users 🙂
