Hi all, most of you know me as the head of developer relations for Pants and Toolchain. I'm the primary person who greets newcomers to Pants community, and I lead the monthly Pants team meetings. I've been active in open source community-building for a decade, was one of the original leaders of Women Who Code, one of the earliest curriculum developers for Black Girls Code, the founder of CallbackWomen, a leader of RailsBridge (the organization which inspired PyLadies, DjangoGirls, and others), and have taught for PyLadies, Girl Develop It, and others. I'm currently running for a seat on the board of Django Software Foundation, and would be grateful for your support if you think I'd be a good addition to the DSF leadership team.
There are 30 candidates in all, so if you're a DSF member you've got an incredible slate of options this year. Click on any person's name to see their personal statement. Do vote, regardless of who you choose!
