Wow. I really went down the rabbit hole on this one. I spent a couple hours going through issues, PRs, design documents, and me notes to remember what things I wanted to see happen. 😅 (edit: I don't expect anyone else to do this much... This was just me getting way too involved and losing track of time 😛)
