trying to upgrade to pants 1.3 again -- I added

-S-Xlog-implicits

and am getting a lot of

hasMatchingSymbol reported error: could not find implicit value for parameter

where it's getting stuck, which is interesting. not sure why that would "suddenly" pop up -- different defaults somewhere, or something with zinc?
