probably shouldn't be empty. since

test_pants_requirement_integration.py

is within the filedeps, i suspect it may be related to the fact that earlier i made a separate target (deleted, i checked) for just

test_python_distribution_integration.py

so i could run tests without using

-k

and without waiting an hour. i'm going to run clean-all and see if filedeps reports something different, unclear if that's a silly thought
