so I'm using pants `1.9.0` trying to update coursier to enjoy a fix present since `1.1.0-M5` but it seems each time I change the version it's the same one that is dl from the `bootstrap_jar_url`

might need to manually bump `version` as well <https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/blob/master/src/python/pants/backend/jvm/tasks/coursier/coursier_subsystem.py#L62-L64>

yeah I tried that but not exactly sure of the nature of the jar.

I tried `<https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/io/get-coursier/coursier-cli_2.12/1.1.0-M8/coursier-cli_2.12-1.1.0-M8-standalone.jar>` but I'm having
`Exception message: Problem fetching the coursier bootstrap jar! Problem GETing data from '<https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/io/get-coursier/coursier-cli_2.12/1.1.0-M8/coursier-cli_2.12-1.1.0-M8-standalone.jar>': No connection adapters were found for ''<https://oss.sonatype.org/content/repositories/releases/io/get-coursier/coursier-cli_2.12/1.1.0-M8/coursier-cli_2.12-1.1.0-M8-standalone.jar>''`

And I do not have a dropbox account to try to upload it to have an address like the default value
