Hi! A coworker of mine is trying to join this workspace using the invite link on the getting help page but isn’t able to. They are getting a “<their email> doesn’t have an account on this workspace” error. Is the link broken? Thanks!

Huh! Thanks for reporting. In the meantime, you can directly invite them by going to the tab on the left for members and clicking the invite button at the top right of that page Or feel free to DM me their email
