Blogger here: Per <https://www.pantsbuild.org/page/language-support>, Pants2 has support for Go, Java,  Python, and Scala (I’m counting the 3GLs only, but i spy Thrift, Protobuf too).  JavaScript/TypeScript is a wished for direction.  Have I got the number right?

Don't forget the shell support. I don't think that's typical to support, probably niche in use even though ~everyone has bash somewhere in their codebase, but we have had very happy reports of success with that tooling.

There's more support for formatters and linters of other languages coming as well. Just not necessarily fully featured language support like the others
