Yep, consistently. Could be bot detection, or rate limiting

It's possible that providing the access token will expand rate limits

I believe that is a thing when scraping github releases from a github action

yeah, in general, github offers better rate limits when the caller is authenticated vs unauth'ed

Weird that only the macos shard hits this, but it might be to do with their rate limiting logic interacting with internal network partitioning in some way
