Some numbers on runner free space and installed software (<https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/actions/runs/20323926809/job/58385153879?pr=22953#step:3:72|see here> for details):
• Seem to start with ~16 GB free space.
• DotNet is taking up 4 GB.
• Haskell is 6.4 GB.
• Android is 9.0 GB!
• Not to mention all of the preinstalled browsers and other cruft.

Just deleting DotNet, Haskell, and Android when starting up a job will free up ~20 GB
