Starting to look at this week's releases...
2.22.x: a single commit has been merged, I think getting
https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/21642 in and backported before doing a 2.22.2 release makes sense
2.23.x: no commits and no PRs marked, so maybe ready for full release? Did we agree on was release shepherd there?

main: has the 3.11 change, so worthy a release -- there's a scheduled deprecation, looking at that.
