Maybe we're now ready for 2.23.0 stable? • I didn't branch for 2.24.x yet either, vaguely waiting on 2.23.0 stable and https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/21551 (now merged); could probably branch in advance of 2.23.0, going out sooner to unblock a few bits of work waiting on 2.25.x starting
