Hey, me and my team work on custom ML-based solutions. Our favorite is https://brickit.app/ I'm investigating Pants as a possible system to unify ML, Backend and Frontend into single monorepo.

The biggest passions of my young life were computers and LEGO, sorry, "bricks", so...

Take a look at the app then. It actually works :)

Hey y'all! Nice to meet you, and thanks for the help so far. My name is Andrew and I work at 7-Eleven, Inc. in their technology R&D department. We've done a lot of interesting proofs of concept, with the most notable being a cashierless store in the style of Amazon Go. A lot of our products in R&D use python, ML, and 3D data (RGBD, point clouds, meshes). We've been mostly a polyrepo department, at least for the products I've worked on, but we're currently migrating some things to pants to see whether it's a good fit for wider adoption.

Hi everyone! We are currently planning to move a set of individual repos into a monorepo. In search of a build system for that effort I came across pantsbuild and it looked (and still does) like the right fit for us. Really excited about the features it offers out of the box (previously also worked with a large bazel monorepo, which worked great too but had significantly higher setup and maintenance costs).

Hi @famous-kite-46295! Is this mostly for Python code?
f
Yes, that’s the initial scope for this monorepo.

Hi all! I’m currently evaluating pants for a new microservice application that uses Python and protobuf. Pants seems like a great fit—currently trying to wrap my head around creating wheels with first party dependencies and poetry.

Hi all! My name is Anshuman and am part of the platform team in Zocdoc. We have recently integrated pants into our pipeline and already seeing the benefits.
