Yayyy for LSPs and pain and suffering due to limited documentation. But either way, I'm excited at the possibility of having inline docs and red squiggs when I've blundered my BUILD files :slightly_smiling_face:

Importantly, I'm hoping with this mechanism that our code completions are coupled to the currently loaded backends, meaning we don't need to parse through a ton of targets that we're not currently able to access.
