hey @witty-crayon-22786! I run a machine learning engineering team at Pepsi, we are getting a lot of repo sprawl, which among other things, really hampers collaboration and building out reusable components, so we are gradually moving to monorepo, everything is python, so I stumbled upon pants pretty early in the journey would love to find any good example repos that are built with no common parent source but a bunch of directories that represent projects we would generally wrap up into libraries, generally using poetry, e.g.

    pyproject.toml
    poetry.lock
    stuff/
        thing.py
less_common_tools/
    pyproject.toml # including common_tools
    poetry.lock
    stuff/
        thing.py

    project_b/
    project_c/

Hi @freezing-battery-72663, this is a great question to ask in #general (which is read by a lot more people than this channel)! I think this is a pretty common pattern when people port multiple small projects to a monorepo. Hopefully at least some of those are public.
