release of our GHA actions: https://github.com/pantsbuild/actions/releases/tag/v6-scie-pants Should I post anything in #announce? The last change here was in November, but I wanted to reference a tag instead of a commit hash, so I pushed a release/tag.

why the

-scie-pants

suffix on the versions though?

Following the pattern of the previous tags to clarify that this is a break from the

v2

tag which expected to use the

./pants

script. I suppose we could remove the suffix now.

Oh, gh was hiding the fact that the tag was older.. to me it looked like you made all those releases (including the tagging) the other day. nvm then 🙂 (and yea, I think we can drop the suffix now, just made a v7 w/o it.)

Only the

v6-scie-pants

tag was new. I created releases for the other tags so the auto generated release notes for this tag would only include stuff from this release.
