hey gang! i'm starting a new job (at <http://reboot.dev|reboot.dev>) on Monday, so I will miss the team meeting this time.

but! i have finally posted some additional progress on the by-name syntax, which i think gets it to "feature complete", and ready for migration: <https://github.com/pantsbuild/pants/pull/20366>
