Pants

OK folks, I think the Pants docs repo is ready to graduate to being under the Pants org in GitHub (that doesn't mean it's quite ready for primetime, but some things depend on its placement).

Anyone object to me moving it?

Not sure if "thumbs up" in this context implies an objection, or an anti-objection....

But yeah, I'd like to see it in pants org from what I saw in the demos

I read it as an approval of the action, lol

The only things _I think_ we're missing is:
• Signing up for, and wiring up search functionality
• Generating the big-ass redirect script/file/whatever
• Finish the PR CI GitHub Action
• Documenting the workflow(s)
    ◦ And automating some of them :stuck_out_tongue:
• (all the little github repo settings)
• going live :tada: 

I'm going to leave `main` blank, and work out of a `prerelease` branch, and eventually we'll copy things over. This will allow me to continue being nasty on a branch without me feeling  bad about git history :slightly_smiling_face:
